About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join the Uber for Business sales organization as an Implementation Lead. In this pivotal role, you will drive onboarding, adoption, and success for U4B customers ranging from small-scale enterprises to top-tier organizations. Acting as the center of our business operations, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Account Managers, Premium Support Specialists, and other cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive operational excellence.
