The Uber Eats Taiwan Merchant team covers strategy, field sales, account management, and operations related to restaurants, and owns the relationship between Uber and Taiwan's restaurant sector.
Within the Merchant team, the Strategic and Enterprise Account Management team covers the largest merchants that collaborate with Uber Eats Taiwan. As such, this team manages the most complex relationships, engages in the toughest negotiations, and is in charge of upselling the most diverse offerings.

This sales leadership role is one of the most challenging roles we offer at Uber Eats Taiwan.
As leader of the Strategic & Enterprise Account Management team, you will need to simultaneously excel at:
- Managing and integrating the needs of both external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Diving into day-to-day and week-by-week details, delivering monthly and quarterly targets, while also solving for the big picture and long-term success.
- Hands-on coaching to junior team members, while also being a valuable thought partner to senior leadership.
- Becoming an expert at selling to individual accounts, while optimizing and prioritizing for the entire portfolio.
Your Impact in Role

- Build the future of strategic and key account management at Uber Eats Taiwan, shaping this function into a world-class, top-of-industry function.
- Provide leadership, management, and personal development for a team of talented account managers.
- Shape our holistic relationship with our largest accounts, optimizing for mutual growth, realization of synergies, and improved commercial terms.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while continuously improving sales team performance, processes, and morale.
- Shape the culture and integrity of the team, emphasizing #dotherightthing while also being #gogetit.
- Assess the restaurant industry landscape, consumer market trends, and new business models such as white-label delivery for growth opportunities for both Uber and our partners.
- Serve as a key leader in the Merchant team and across different functions in Uber Eats Taiwan, such as Consumer, Delivery Partner, Uber Direct, shaping how our largest partners engage with Uber to realize the strongest synergies.
The Experience You'll Bring
- 8-12 years of work experience in sales and team management, preferably covering large accounts, with a history of delivering results and developing people and teams.
- Strong customer engagement and management experience.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to zoom out and see the strategic big picture
- Empathy, focus on fast and effective execution, and results-oriented: helping team members to improve in their day-to-day efforts, and improving week-by-week.
- High standards for yourself and your team, with an innate drive to continuously surpass yourself, an appetite for risk-taking, and grit.
- Fluent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in Mandarin and English, as you will need to engage internally to consolidate offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in other large consumer-facing internet companies, especially in similar B2B roles or covering related B2B offerings such as advertising and logistics.
- In depth understanding of Taiwan's restaurant landscape is a plus.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
