About the Role As the Head of Sales Operations for UberEats ANZ, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our sales and restaurant organisation. Acting as both a strategic partner and operational leader, you'll work closely with the ANZ Head of Sales, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive growth, streamline operations, and ensure the team is equipped to succeed. You'll also collaborate with APAC and Global Sales Operations teams to align strategies, share best practices, and improve processes, all while leading a high-performing Sales Operations team.

Your Impact in the Role

  • Sales Strategy Development: Support the development of and implement medium- to long-term sales strategies that enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use external insights and internal analytics to forecast trends, influence organizational decisions, and optimise performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the ANZ Sales Operations team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational excellence.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Establish and execute robust operating cadences (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecasts, top-deals analysis) to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Target Setting & Alignment: Develop reliable and transparent target-setting frameworks, gaining alignment from key stakeholders to ensure goals are realistic and achievable.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, implement improvements (e.g., Salesforce enhancements, streamlined reporting), and ensure the team operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Advocacy & Influence: Advocate for the tools, resources, and enablement required for the ANZ sales team's success across APAC and Global Sales Operations.

The Experience You'll Bring

  • Extensive Sales Operations Expertise: Proven experience in Sales Operations, ideally within SaaS or technology industries, with a deep understanding of CRM fundamentals (e.g., Salesforce.com).
  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to develop frameworks for complex challenges and implement solutions effectively.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and collaborative communication style, with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive Mindset: A solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities and preempt challenges.
