About the Role
This role will lead a team that is responsible for our B2B marketing strategy with an ultimate goal of increasing inbound leads to drive restaurant acquisition. To do this the candidate will need to develop a strategy to increase top of funnel leads as well as improving conversion rates at all stages of the funnel. This will involve improving our communication strategies to merchants, improving awareness and saliency of Uber for Merchants, and creating a strong value proposition to empower our Sales teams to convert. Aswell as the B2B marketing function, this role will lead Enterprise Growth through driving adoption, spend and quality of offers through creation of robust long term, strategic growth plans for our key Enterprise brands.
Your Impact in Role:
- Lead the B2B marketing strategy creation and GTM plan
- Work XFN with teams to drive growth of existing merchants through design and execution of Merchant growth plans and adoption of new merchants to UberEats
- Review performance of strategy and execution against OKRs and goals.
The Experience You'll Bring:
- Experience in improving end to end acquisition funnel in a B2B environment
- Strong experience managing people
- Has experience in media buying, planning both in brand and performance marketing
- Has experience in customer facing roles, devising growth strategies and plans
Preferred Qualifications :
- B2B Marketing experience, with particular focus on lead generation, and funnel conversion improvement
- Experience buying and media planning
- F2F customer experience with a history of achieving growth through marketing strategies
- Event planning
- Comms creation and execution
