Our path to success originates from a strong local presence, and the Grocery & Retail Account Management teams collaborate closely with key merchant partners to sustainably grow their business whilst delivering the best experience to Uber Eats users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.

About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our Sweden Grocery & Retail team. As a Growth Associate, you'll manage and grow some of our most strategic merchant partnerships (think 7-Eleven, Pressbyrån, Coop), driving revenue, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experiences.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of your portfolio, constantly evaluating performance and launching cross-functional initiatives to optimize outcomes. You'll work closely with merchant partners, as well as our support, operations, product, and sales teams, to deliver maximum value for both Uber Eats and our partners.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats Grocery & Retail in Sweden, with a strong focus on building relationships, solving complex challenges, and scaling innovation in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with merchants to optimize their business and operational performance on Uber Eats.
  • Build and nurture deep relationships with key partners, identifying opportunities to elevate their delivery game.
  • Bring a data-first mindset: analyze trends, build models, track initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to drive success.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring timely solutions for merchant partners.
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives across the business, wearing multiple hats to create long-term growth opportunities.
  • Drive onboarding efforts to attract new merchant partners to the platform.

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing large or mid-sized accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships, with a strong track record of success.
  • Self-starter who thrives in autonomy, confidently driving initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Data-savvy mindset with sound commercial judgment, leveraging insights to make informed decisions.
  • Critical thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and agile in fast-changing environments, delivering results quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a strong advantage.
