About the Role
The Global Support Organization at Uber (GSO) is a key business team partnering with the Sales Operations function to drive revenue and market expansion across APAC in the Delivery vertical. Our goal is to fuel growth and client acquisition by optimizing BPO structures, scaling sales processes, and fostering strong vendor relationships across multiple markets and languages.
We need someone passionate about managing processes to help understand the performance of our global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) network. In this role, you will define and implement key performance indicators to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition through BPO partners. Additionally, you will build and streamline BPO-specific sales processes, establish robust reporting systems, and integrate tooling to optimize every stage of the sales funnel.
