About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to optimize key operational metrics, such as Cost per Trip (CPT). Your role will focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities, collaborating closely with Tech, Product, and Operations teams to drive improvements. By analyzing large datasets and providing valuable insights, you'll help steer data-driven decisions that enhance the company's operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze Key Metrics: Examine CPT trends and share insights to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
- Build Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards that track core operational metrics for easy monitoring.
- Forecasting and Modeling: Create and refine forecasting models to anticipate future CPT trends and savings opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Tech and Product teams to support new implementations and resolve issues based on data insights.
- Present Insights: Share findings and reports with stakeholders, helping the organization make informed, strategic decisions.

What You'll Need
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in SQL, Python, and Excel for comprehensive data analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying actionable insights.
- Collaborative Approach: Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Operations) to drive results.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in logistics or operations analytics is ideal.
- Data Visualization Skills: Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for clear reporting.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with large datasets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
