About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, customer-centric Global Marketing Manager to join our Uber for Business CRM team. This person will develop and execute scaled marketing campaigns that help optimize the customer experience across the Uber for Business portfolio of products.

This Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with business leaders, product marketing, strategic operations, and product teams to define and execute on original channel mix strategy and drive customer adoption and usage at scale. They'll be responsible for finding new and innovative approaches to improve the Uber for Business organization activation and engagement through our owned channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, web, etc). The right candidate is a self-starter, has an interest in uncovering opportunity and pushing the status quo, thrives by digging into the details, and is passionate about advocating for effective user journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Build a multi-channel strategy and implement global CRM campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, product usage, and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of business priorities - identify, create and prioritize programs to help meet business goals across the Uber for Business portfolio of products
  • Engage with data science and analytics teams to collect information based on previous campaign performance to help inform optimizations and A/B testing.
  • Cultivate relationships and work with internal and external cross-functional partners across Strategic Operations, Product, Product Marketing, Comm Ops, Global Marketing, Legal and Regional Marketing
  • Secure commitments from cross-functional partners to deliver against priority initiatives to drive revenue gains
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to understand how global programs can be made locally relevant in a scalable way
  • Drive campaigns from conception to execution. Play the "owner" of the campaign and ensure each stakeholder (e.g. leadership, product, strategic planning, deployment, product marketing, data science) is orchestrated to launch the campaign.
  • Act as the project manager for campaign execution, which also includes:
  • Ensuring intake SLA's established are met or exceeded
  • Managing stakeholders to help centralize requests and ensure there is consistency
  • Attending prioritization meetings, stand-ups, CRM syncs, team meetings, or any other required alignment calls
  • Being available on Slack during business hours to answer any questions or provide any support to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of Product/Lifecycle Marketing experience, ideally working on customer marketing and user engagement initiatives on a global scale

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience developing CRM campaigns and driving business results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to bring the Uber for Business brand narratives to life with a strong customer-centric approach - always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand and our partners.
  • A high attention to detail with a sense of urgency to complete tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable owning multiple projects at one time with varying timelines and stakeholders.
  • A great teammate who enjoys partnering collaboratively with multiple teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving towards decision making.
  • Ability to put together strategic frameworks to be used globally.
  • Comfortable working with small sets of data and using that data to make strategic decisions.
  • Comfort working within a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and can stay calm in complicated/complex situations.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year.
