Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for someone who's great at building relationships, knows the best spots to eat around town, loves digging into data, and enjoys negotiating to create awesome partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
- Grow our number of partners in Düsselforf and its surroundings (Ruhrgebiet)
- Reach out to restaurants by calling or walking in, and get to talk to the decision-makers
- Get to know them and pitch our value proposition to make them understand how joining Uber Eats would benefit them
- Negotiate deals with top partners to secure exclusive agreements
- Once signed, onboard new partners and make sure they have everything they need for them to start getting orders

About you:
- You already have experience in Sales (ideally field/outbound/Aussendienst)
- You're willing to drive 2-3 times a week to visit prospects. We don't provide a company car but cover your travel costs of course
- You are fluent in German and English. If you speak more languages, that's a plus
- You're a natural at making connections and communicating well, whether in person or on the phone
- You're not shy and afraid to call prospects and show up at their location
- You have a positive attitude you are not discouraged by rejection
- You're keen to join Uber Eats at a pivotal moment in our history
