At Uber Eats, we're all about connecting people with their favorite meals. Our Territory teams are out there on the front lines, bringing in new restaurants and helping our business grow!
We're looking for someone who's great at building relationships, knows the best spots to eat around town, loves digging into data, and enjoys negotiating to create awesome partnerships.
What you'll be doing:
- Grow our number of partners in the wider Hamburg area
- Reach out to restaurants by calling or walking in, and get to talk to the decision-makers
- Get to know them and pitch our value proposition to make them understand how joining Uber Eats would benefit them
- Negotiate deals with top partners to secure exclusive agreements
- Once signed, onboard new partners and make sure they have everything they need for them to start getting orders
- Be responsible for the full sales process, from prospecting to onboarding and monitoring early success

About you:
- Ideally, you already have experience in Sales (field/outbound/Aussendienst is a plus)
- You're willing to drive 1-2 times a week to visit prospects. We don't provide a company car but cover your travel costs of course
- You are fluent in German and English. If you speak more languages, that's a plus
- You're a natural at making connections and communicating well, whether in person or on the phone
- You're energetic and enjoy calling prospects and showing up at their location
- You have a positive attitude you are not discouraged by rejection
- You're keen to join Uber Eats at a pivotal moment in our history to accelerate our growth in Germany
