The Investor Relations team is part of Uber's Corporate Finance Org. The IR team works closely together each quarter to ensure a smooth execution of our earnings call.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant, Investor Relations partners with Uber's leadership to provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, while also contributing to projects that help drive investor engagement. The Executive Assistant, Investor Relations has the opportunity to work with Investors, Research Analysts & Corporate Access partners. In this high visibility role, you'll support our quarterly earnings calls & lead the logistics for all investor events.

This role is based in our NYC office & hybrid in office 2-3 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the full earnings cycle - coordinating key internal earnings prep meetings (on the proper timeline), working with external earnings call vendor to prep webcast, call-in numbers & press releases
  • Partner with external parties across investment banks to ensure smooth post-earnings investor meetings, Non-Deal Roadshows (NDR), and investor group events
  • Internal lead for all NDR planning including determining when IR team should travel, how to maximize their time in various locations (ie suggesting destination of where to start roadshow and logistics throughout the trip), and how to maximize ELT time during the trip
  • Work closely with the Investor Relations team to determine participation in conferences, help manage investor meeting lists and coordinate executive availability for key notes & fireside chats
  • Schedule high volume of investor & analysts calls
  • Lead logistics for all in-person investor events with executive security, reception, events, AV, IT & other key contacts internally
  • Manage the Investor Relations vendor relationships, purchase orders & budget for our earnings calls, press releases, CRMs, etc.
  • Help ensure leaders are properly prepared and on time for all meetings
  • Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings
  • Contribute to meetings by taking notes and tracking action items
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expense reports based on direction from traveler
  • Draft detailed travel itineraries and provide remote assistance with logistics and travel arrangements with input from traveler, including visa processing
  • Follow up and provide reminders on project deadlines, AIs, and deliverables
  • May work on other tasks and projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years experience supporting a VP-level leader in any sized business or a Director-level leader in a global business
  • Google calendar
  • Tech company experience
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders' calendar with ability to make judgment calls and decisions based on rapidly shifting priorities
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, often changing environment with efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks and situations with little oversight
  • Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating projects
  • Experience with budget management
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed and global environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$47.60 per hour - USD$52.89 per hour.
