About the Role Executive Assistant Business Partners (EABPs) partner with Uber's leadership to provide sophisticated administrative and operational support, while also contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration and morale.

We're looking for an EABP I or II to support multiple leaders on the Finance team. What You'll Do

- Provide high-level and proactive administrative partnership to the Finance team and manage complex calendars using Google Calendar including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations

- Help ensure leaders are properly prepared and on time for all meetings

- Assist with the scheduling of multiple stakeholder meetings

- Contribute to leadership meetings by taking notes and tracking action items

- Navigate the intricacies of supporting leaders remotely and a complex conference room landscape when returning to the office

- Facilitate the development of the leadership team and full team through creation, communication and monitoring of priorities and organizing activities that build the team toward achieving these priorities

- Assist with event planning and meeting management for team meetings, all-hands meetings, summits and leadership meetings

- Make domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expense reports based on direction from traveler

- Draft detailed travel itineraries and provide remote assistance with logistics and travel arrangements with input from traveler, including visa processing

- Follow up and provide reminders on project deadlines, AIs, and deliverables

- Assist with the Admin program for the org by helping with alignment, coverage, morale, training and development, and hiring

- Facilitates EABP Professional team meetings and partners with leaders as needed

- Preview and provide feedback regarding team expense reports, and assist with managing leader's or team's morale budget

- May assist with facility/space planning logistics

Basic Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience for EABP I

- Minimum 6+ years of administrative experience for EABP II

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of administrative experience preferred for EABP II

- Minimum 2+ years experience supporting a VP-level leader in any sized business or a Director-level leader in a global business for EABP I

- Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience for EABP II

- Minimum 4+ years experience supporting a VP-level leader in any sized business or a Director-level leader in a global business for EABP II

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- Experience supporting multiple leaders and complex teams

- Passion for leadership development, coaching, training, and communications required

- Experience working with executive leadership

- Strong technical capability in Google Calendar, Google Workspace, Zoom and Slack

- Previous experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize leaders' calendar with minimal instruction or supervision

- Experience with budget management

- Ability to work with confidential information

- Experience owning complex projects from start to finish

- Proven track record of structuring calendar cadence to support long term business objectives

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

- Ability to proactively identify business needs and opportunities to add value

- Experience implementing processes and systems to optimize leaders' time

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$47.60 per hour - USD$52.89 per hour.
