About the Role
Enterprise team is in charge of managing the strategic accounts within Delivery Business in Spain. Account managers define the strategy for each account, manage key stakeholders on a daily basis and are responsible for the overall growth and profitability of their accounts.
What You'll Do
- Manage Enterprise Accounts. Account Manager will be responsible for managing some of the largest accounts within Uber Eats, setting vision and strategy, but also managing daily performance.
- Build analytical models to assess accounts performance.
- Work on cross-area projects at team or company level, with great impact on company's strategy
- Manage senior stakeholders, being the main point of contact within Uber

What You'll Need
- Analytical skills. Candidate should be comfortable building and analyzing complex business models and following KPIs.
- Stakeholder management. Candidate should have experience managing senior stakeholders from large corporations, communicating properly and setting expectations.
- Strategic thinking. Candidate should be able to translate national vision and strategy to their accounts, building and executing on comprehensive business plans.
- Sales experience. Background selling and managing SMBs or Enterprise accounts.
- Team building. Demonstrated skills as a team player.
- Delivery background. Ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge.
- Communication skills. Able to communicate accurately and summarize complex ideas comprehensively and concisely.
