About the Role
Uber Health is one of the fastest-growing segments within Uber for Business! Uber Health enables organisations to use Uber's on-demand consumer experience to simplify healthcare logistics. Through a secure manner, organisations can arrange and track rides and other logistics on behalf of their populations, without the need for the rider to have the Uber app or a smartphone.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Uber Health team, focusing on transactional sales with a strategic mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the Netherlands. Your primary targets will include non-emergency transport providers, insurance companies, and healthcare organisations, with active involvement in tender processes. The key focus will be selling the Uber Health suite of solutions, helping transform healthcare transportation services.

What you will do
- Build and manage sales pipeline: Develop a compelling sales pitch and create 1-3 new opportunities weekly with a minimum ARR of USD 30k (WRR USD 500).
- Participate in tenders: Engage in tender processes for Uber Health solutions, targeting private practices, medical groups, and insurance companies with a targeted ARR of up to USD1m+
- Identify key prospects: Pinpoint target customers, address challenges, and identify preconditions for a successful launch, while monitoring competitors within the healthcare sector.
- Support onboarding and implementation: Assist with the onboarding process and provide light implementation support to ensure a smooth program launch for Uber Health clients.
- Focus on retention and satisfaction: Prioritise long-term customer retention by ensuring seamless Uber Health usage, building strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.
- Refine sales strategies: Adapt sales approaches based on evolving market trends and customer needs within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct market research: Perform in-depth market research to better understand the health segment and identify growth opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in complex markets with a proactive, go-getter mindset, ideally within the insurance or healthcare sectors
- Strategic seller capable of overcoming internal and external obstacles with resilience, especially when faced with uncertainties and challenges
- Fluent in Dutch language
- Quota-carrying experience, with a track record of exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications
- A go get it mindest to enter this new segment
- Preferable knowledge of the contracted demand transport and/or insurance sector
- Healthcare sales experience and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation experience is a plus
