Driver Experience Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense and ability to operationalize processes in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with Local and other Central Operations teams, Global Product, Community Operations and Marketing to coordinate and support the implementation of initiatives to improve our earners' experience on the platform and their perception of our brand.

What you'll do:

  1. Strategic Ownership: Help develop, lead, and implement Earner Experience initiatives, proactively identify business needs and issues and prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives and complete it
  2. Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help figure out strategy and action plans. Develop and apply understanding of the levers that move our business
  3. Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend best approach
  4. Process Optimization: Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LATAM and beyond, regularly reviewing performance and ensuring that we have strategic oversight of the LATAM market as a whole and can effectively support local teams with more tailored to the market approaches
  5. Product Improvement: Proactively propose features or improvements that could improve the overall earners experience in LATAM, measure their impact and collaborate with Product teams around the world to implement launches.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives
  7. Earner Obsession: As part of the Earners Experience team, you will be responsible for being the voice of 2+ million earners in LATAM.

What you'll need:
  1. Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
  2. Years of Experience/Industries: 3 or more years of professional and demonstrated experience
  3. Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Proven experience diving deep into data details while maintaining a strong ability to see the big picture. Proficient in using tools like Excel for data analysis. Knowledge of SQL considered a plus
  4. Communication: Portuguese or Spanish and English proficiency. Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
  5. Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreements
  6. Executional Excellence: Ability to optimally manage and prioritize complex operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
  7. Planning & Organization: Ability to plan complex or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, interdependencies, and resource allocation
