Fluent in German π©πͺ (written & spoken)
Good English skills π
Living in Lisbon or ready to relocate π‘ (We help with the move!)
Available to work in rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday)
Great reading & writing skills - You understand user needs & respond effectively.
Problem-solver mindset - You love finding solutions & helping people.
Multitasking pro - You can handle multiple tickets at once.
