About the Role

The Commercial Team Leader will guide a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) who are passionate about building strong relationships with merchants. Your primary goal will be to drive sales by implementing the commercial strategy in Chile, ensuring balanced growth, enhanced quality, and profitability. You'll also be responsible for maintaining efficient operations and motivating the team to excel.

    Develop and implement the commercial strategy in Chile.

Identify opportunities and challenges, using an analytical mindset to find and implement effective solutions.
  • Area Growth and Profitability:

    Ensure continuous growth, improved quality, and increased profitability in the designated area.

    Utilize reports and tools to maintain visibility and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic Merchant Relationships:

    Foster collaborative and growing relationships with key strategic merchants.

    Maintain positive partnerships to contribute to the overall success of the region.

  • What You'll Need

    • Experience in sales management, including leading successful KAM and sales teams.
    • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to connect with clients and guide the team toward a consultative approach.
    • 6+ years of commercial experience in the grocery industry.
    • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
    • Strong skills in leveraging insights and quantitative decision-making to guide the commercial process.
    • Ability to solve problems, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization.
    • A creative storyteller with the ability to apply data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
    • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills.
