About the Role:
The Uber Advertising team is looking for a strategic seller to support the growing demand for Ads across our Mid Market segment. As a growth specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by owning vertical-specific, advanced demand generation and performance marketing solutions. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Account Managers (AMs) to identify, develop, pitch, and implement Ads and Offers opportunities that maximize value for our merchant partners. Your expertise in sophisticated Ads and Offers strategies and solutions will enable you to provide strategic support to fuel our merchants' growth and act as a subject-matter expert in advanced advertising and promotional campaigns.
Your impact in role:
- You will lead the Ad Sales strategy for a portfolio of top Enterprise Restaurants and drive adoption of an expanding suite of Ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms
- You will work closely with our established Mid-Market Account Managers and alongside Ads Campaign Managers to consistently deliver on our partners' needs
- Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our Mid-Market Restaurant partners
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and build advocacy amongst our Restaurant Partners & Account Managers
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of full-time experience, ideally with experience in end-to-end SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise Digital Advertising Sales
- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving skills and cross-functional relationship skills
- Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence a broad range of decision makers
