About the Role
Join our Global Catalog Operations team as a Catalog Ops Manager, where you'll lead projects and analyze data to enhance our catalog experience across all regions. This role spans a variety of catalog domains, including assortment, pricing, promotions, content, availability, and search. You will play a key role in using data-driven insights to optimize operations both globally and locally, creating intuitive dashboards, reports, and efficient processes that support our teams worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Develop Operational Plans: Design strategies and action plans that align the goals of Global Operations and Local Operations teams.
- Coordinate Multi-Functional Teams: Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and cross-functional checkpoints to ensure alignment and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Extract actionable insights to help local catalog teams make high-impact decisions.
- Build and Implement Processes: Develop processes that empower local teams to track and improve key catalog metrics.
- Enhance Data Accessibility: Create tools that simplify data access, enabling local teams to perform analyses, gain insights, and resolve issues independently.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Produce detailed documentation on tools, processes, and catalog resources to improve organizational understanding.
- Foster Collaboration: Partner with local catalog teams and the Catalog Product team to drive meaningful catalog improvements.
- Work Closely with Tech Teams: Act as a bridge between non-technical operations and tech teams, providing insights to help develop scalable solutions for operational needs.
