About the Role

Join our Global Catalog Operations team as a Senior Catalog Data Analyst, where you'll lead projects and conduct analyses to enhance our catalog experience across all regions. This role involves a diverse range of catalog domains, including assortment, pricing, promotions, content, availability, and search. You'll be instrumental in using data-driven insights to optimize operations both globally and locally, developing intuitive dashboards, reports, and efficient processes for our teams worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Develop Operational Plans: Design strategies and action plans to align and achieve goals set between Global Ops and Local Ops teams.
  • Coordinate Multi-Functional Teams: Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and cross-functional checkpoints to ensure alignment and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Extract actionable insights to support local catalog teams in high-impact decision-making.
  • Build and Implement Processes: Create processes that empower local teams to track and improve key catalog metrics.
  • Enhance Data Accessibility: Develop tools that simplify data access, enabling local teams to conduct their own analyses, gain insights, and address issues.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Produce thorough documentation on tools, processes, and catalog resources to enhance organizational understanding.
  • Foster Collaboration: Partner with both local catalog teams and the Catalog Product team to drive impactful catalog improvements.
  • Work Closely with Tech: Act as a bridge between non-technical ops and tech teams, providing insights to develop scalable solutions for operational needs.
