This role is all about strategic relationship management, consultative sales, and operational excellence-ensuring our partners thrive on the platform.
You'll work post-sale to strengthen partnerships, drive revenue growth, and introduce advanced marketing solutions such as targeted ads and promotions. You'll also play a pivotal role in onboarding and launching new merchants across various industries, ensuring their seamless integration and long-term success.

As part of the team, you'll be at the forefront of retaining high-value accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and guiding partners strategically to maximize their potential.
What You'll Do
- Own the growth and success of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring partners achieve their business goals.
- Upsell advanced marketing products, including targeted ads and promotional tools, to help merchants increase their visibility and sales.
- Conduct strategic business reviews (quarterly, monthly) to refine sales and marketing strategies at the executive level.
- Analyze merchant performance through KPIs and OKRs, identifying key opportunities to enhance success.
- Drive operational improvements, resolving executive-level merchant challenges and optimizing platform engagement.
- Develop new merchant launch plans, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience across industries.
- Provide hands-on vendor management and training, introducing merchants to new features and products.
What You'll Need
- SQL knowledge, enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced reporting.
- Significant experience in executive-level consultative sales, with a strong focus on upselling advanced promotional products and ads.
- Operational & commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
- Proficiency in interpreting complex commercial data, presenting insights at an executive level.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics, with strong strategic and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Operational experience, particularly in managing and optimizing commercial processes.
