About the Role
At Uber Health, we are revolutionizing access to healthcare services. As a Business Development Representative on our Health Systems team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and adoption of our innovative solutions. You will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities within Health Systems, including selling to GPOs and IDNs, and building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in an environment of innovation and collaboration. You'll work alongside Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from the initial contact to onboarding.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Generate new leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.
- Identify and qualify outbound leads to ensure alignment with Uber Health's value proposition.
- Customer Qualification & Onboarding:
- Conduct initial customer calls via Zoom to assess needs and potential fit before handing off to Account Executives (AEs).
- Work closely with AEs to implement light onboarding and troubleshoot technical issues during initial setup.
- Collaboration & Handoff:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers and Customer Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure a "white glove" handoff of qualified inbound leads to AEs for continued relationship building and growth.
- Pipeline & Reporting:
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to drive revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team quotas.
Basic Qualifications
- Approximately 1-3 years of technology sales experience, or equivalent skills and accomplishments in a related role.
- Experience in healthcare or government sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a quota-carrying role.
- Proficiency in virtual sales tools and techniques.
- Experience using platforms like ZoomInfo, Groove/Sales Loft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Open to feedback and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Health System operations, clinical workflows, and decision-making hierarchies.
- Experience prospecting into decentralized enterprises.
- Knowledge of RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and GPO contracting.
- Demonstrated success as a "white space" hunter within enterprise sales.
- Full sales cycle experience, from prospecting to closing.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$72,000 per year - USD$80,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$80,000 per year - USD$88,750 per year.
