Role overview:

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven B2B Partnerships Manager to take our Third Party Partnerships (3PP) program in UKI to the next level. This role is key to delivering our 2025 vision, driving a scaled Agency model for influencer collaborations, owning the 3PP playbook, and working closely with Territory teams to ensure ROI tracking and cost efficiency.

You'll move fast, think big, and make an impact-reporting directly to the Territories Lead and shaping the future of how we grow through partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Scaled Agency Model: Develop and implement a scaled Agency model for influencer marketing, partnering with external agencies to deploy influencer collaborations with Merchants efficiently across UKI. This includes identifying suitable agencies, negotiating contracts, managing agency performance, and optimizing influencer campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • 3PP Playbook Custodianship: Act as the custodian of the 3PP playbook for UKI, ensuring it is kept up-to-date, comprehensive, and accessible to all relevant teams. This includes documenting best practices, processes, guidelines, and templates related to 3PP partnerships. Ensure the playbook aligns with the broader B2B strategy and supports the achievement of commercial outcomes.
  • Territory Partnership & ROI Tracking: Partner closely with Territory teams to manage live 3PP partnerships, providing support, guidance, and resources as needed. This involves establishing clear ROI tracking mechanisms, monitoring performance against agreed metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to key stakeholders. Implement strategies to ensure effective cost management of 3PP activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of 3PP partnerships. This involves aligning priorities, sharing information, and working together to achieve common goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to 3PP partnerships, analyzing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare regular reports for leadership on program performance, ROI, and cost management.
  • Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity related to influencer marketing and B2B partnerships. Use this knowledge to inform strategy and identify potential new partnership opportunities.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in B2B partnerships, influencer marketing, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including experience working with agencies and managing influencer campaigns.
  • Experience developing and implementing scalable programs or initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in ROI tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus!
