About the Role

This role sits within Uber's Global B2B Marketing team and focuses on content marketing and campaign execution for Uber for Business. As a key member of the B2B content team, you'll contribute to work that builds awareness, drives engagement, and supports strategic storytelling and thought leadership. This includes guiding messaging, bringing the Uber for Business story to life across key channels and campaigns, and shaping the narrative for tentpole initiatives, executive moments, and sales enablement-all while ensuring a clear, compelling, and consistent brand voice. This highly cross-functional role requires strong editorial instincts, brand stewardship, and a passion for crafting content that resonates.

What You'll Do

  • Develop high-quality content across formats and channels that supports awareness, lead generation, and reinforces brand voice and positioning
  • Act as a key partner on B2B campaigns by shaping messaging, supporting creative execution, and collaborating with agencies to uphold brand standards, ensure strategic alignment, and elevate creative excellence across integrated marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to thought leadership and strategic storytelling efforts, helping shape narrative moments for key initiatives such as events, executive communications, and sales content
  • Adapt messaging frameworks and content strategy to maintain consistency and relevance across channels and customer touchpoints
  • Explore and recommend new content formats or storytelling approaches to increase engagement, differentiate ourselves in the market, and elevate the Uber for Business brand

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or a closely related field (such as communications, editorial, or brand marketing), with direct experience in B2B content marketing, including brand storytelling
  • Proven ability to write and develop content across formats (e.g., articles, videos, ebooks, customer stories) and tailor messaging for different audience segments, industries, and use cases
  • Experience supporting top-of-funnel or awareness campaigns, including messaging development and creative execution
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies or internal creative teams to uphold brand standards and ensure high-quality output
  • Strong editorial skills with a keen eye for brand voice, tone, and narrative structure
  • Experience driving thought leadership and executive-level storytelling initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills, with an eye for detail and tone
  • Experience ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and editorial standards
  • Experience collaborating on organic social or multimedia content in partnership with creative teams or agencies
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and applying insights to optimize future content
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
  • Project management skills and experience coordinating stakeholders across teams
  • Bachelor's degree

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year.
