About the Role!
The team known as CommOps Policy Developers, also referred to as COPD, undertakes the essential task of "codifying" policies on a global scale, encompassing all touchpoints within the support framework, and seamlessly integrating them with the Policy engine. This team is responsible for the systematic implementation of policies across a diverse range of interfaces.
The candidate will work with a team of developers to create, maintain, and automate processes to assist regional, and global operations. The role would require large collaboration with other team members and stakeholders. The candidate needs to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and ability to work with your team to make a big impact.

1. Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Create, test, and deploy automated workflows and tools using JSON and JavaScript to address the unique challenges of our customer support operations.
2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and product, to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.
3. Analyze and Optimize Processes: Use data analysis to identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop automation strategies leveraging JSON and JavaScript to streamline operations.
4. Maintain and Improve Existing Automations: Monitor the performance of existing automated solutions, troubleshoot issues, and make continuous improvements using JSON and JavaScript to ensure optimal performance.
5. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for automation workflows, including technical specifications and user guides, to support team members and stakeholders.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
1. 2-3 years of work experience in software engineering
2. Exceptional JavaScript knowledge with a strong SQL background
3. Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
4. Ability to quickly learn and transfer knowledge to the team
5. Knowledge of GraphQL &/or Lucid Charts is a plus
6. Strong communication and organization skills
7. Effective people, program and stakeholder management skills
8. Have a sense of ownership of the deliverables

1. Excellent Javascript programming/coding skills and JSON data manipulation.
2. Knowledge of code management via GIT
3. Knowledge of JIRA
