Associate Partner Manager - Franchise

About the Role

The Uber Eats team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Enterprise team covering some of the largest franchise groups across US&C. As an Enterprise Associate Partner Manager, you will work efficiently with franchise groups to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. This person will work closely with restaurant partners, the restaurant support team, marketing and operations teams to optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners.

What You'll Do

  • Previous experience working with enterprise or mid-market-sized accounts
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills. Navigate multiple relationships both internal and external to build.
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to sell marketing solutions, new products and negotiate business terms
  • Ability to build and cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships within all parts of an organization.
  • Product sense. Ability to make product experience not just good, but amazing.
  • Speediness and resourcefulness. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. Be a self-starter and collaborative leader.
  • Experience with Salesforce

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full time professional experience
  • Experience in a client facing sales / performance-based role, managing goals and targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with negotiations, contracting and commercial conversations
  • Experience manipulating data to make decisions and recommendations
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$64,000 per year - USD$71,250 per year.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$64,000 per year - USD$71,250 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$71,000 per year - USD$79,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered sales bonuses & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits. More details can be found at the following link https://www.uber.com/careers/benefits.
