About the Role
The Agency Team is dedicated to empowering and enabling agencies to succeed on Uber Advertising's platform, driving exceptional outcomes for their advertisers. As a founding member of the Uber Advertising organization, you'll have a direct role in shaping and growing one of Uber's top priorities.
This role focuses on:
- Establishing Uber Advertising as an essential partner to the largest agency holding companies.
- Building and nurturing long-term, strategic partnerships with agency partners.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, sales initiatives, and account planning.

- Develop Agency Plans: Craft and execute account plans aimed at educating agencies, driving demand, building partnerships, and fostering advocacy and trust.
- Engage with Leadership: Partner with external stakeholders and internal leadership to align on business priorities and opportunities.
- Hit Revenue Targets: Collaborate with Sales and leadership teams to deliver on established goals.
- Navigate Challenges: Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving to address complex relationships and partner conversations.
- Provide Feedback: Share marketplace insights with cross-functional teams to help shape advertising products and strategies.
- Lead Reviews: Host quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other key meetings with internal and external leadership.
- Be Versatile: Support teammates and adapt to new challenges to help grow the business.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales or working with agencies.
- Proven success in building and managing a multi-million-dollar advertising business.
- Experience partnering with agency leadership to create growth plans and drive demand.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market opportunities.
- Strong listening, communication, organizational, and account management skills.
- Proficiency in developing data partnerships and managing first-party data solutions.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and solutions across the funnel (e.g., lift studies, attribution models).
- Creative storytelling ability, using data to identify opportunities and influence decisions.
- A passion for fostering progress and diversity within the industry.
- Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
- A track record of trust-building through respect and collaborative leadership.
- Comfort navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
