About the Role
This role will be a part of the Direct team in Spain. You will be working closely with the Central Uber Direct team based out of Amsterdam and cross-functional stakeholders. As an Uber Direct Account Manager, you will onboard and manage merchants that have decided to start using our on-demand delivery service (DaaS).
In this role, you will mainly focus on managing brands that have decided to start working with us and you'll work towards building a best in class operating procedures, operations and support them on their growth plans. Moreover, you will be part of crossfunctional projects. In doing so, you'll make a direct impact by turning Uber into the most trusted, go-to service for as many merchants as possible.

What You'll Do
As an Account Executive you will focus on managing brands that have decided to start working with us:
- Manage relationships with brands that have partnered with us, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient operating procedures to streamline brand management.
- Support brand growth by understanding their needs and offering strategic guidance for scaling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and deliver on brand objectives.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and refine processes to maintain high service standards.

- SQL - Nice to have (we have an Ops Manager that deals with this with more in depth)
