About the Role
As an Account Manager you will act as the relationship orchestrator for our Regional Restaurant Partners, ensuring their ongoing success and identifying revenue growth opportunities. This role is 70% focused on upselling and cross-selling additional services and 30% on optimizing operational performance to ensure merchant success. Account Managers within the Regional segment act as trusted advisors, using data and insights to craft strong narratives that highlight Uber's value proposition, impact, and growth. By engaging stakeholders at all levels, you'll drive revenue expansion, implement upsell initiatives, and develop innovative strategies to strengthen and scale partnerships.

What You'll Do:
- Own and manage relationships with key restaurant brands, serving as their main point of contact.
- Unlock revenue opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to help partners optimize their performance.
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve merchants goals
- Build strong relationships with mid-level and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work with internal teams to resolve them.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success teams, and other cross functional areas to drive merchant growth and satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management or strategic sales with Enterprise clients (preferably in a tech, SaaS, advertising or retail media company).
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Organizational skills - you'll need to prioritize ongoing processes and projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking. Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and build high impact presentations and deliverables.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
