What you will do
- Manage commercial relationships
- Articulate and sell the UberEats value proposition to help restaurant partners leverage the full suite of Uber products and services to grow their business.
- Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our partners to ensure 100% account retention.
- Build strong and long-term commercial relationships with your partners to:
- Lead commercial discussions in case of contract renegotiation.
- Drive partner growth - Co-define a growth strategy with your partners to then lead initiatives with them via effective marketing recommendations, menu optimization, operations flags, and tips...
- Leverage data to make recommendations - Use all the available data at Uber to identify opportunities / short-comings, prioritize them, build a convincing pitch to your restaurant partners, and analyze results of solutions you implemented.
- Partner with internal stakeholders - Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights to solve problems and ensure that feedback received is utilised in informing and driving the product and business roadmap.
- Continually develop a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.
- Act as an ambassador for UberEats' mission, brand, and products.

What you will need
Your qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing account management or a relevant commercial role.
- Fluent in German, professional proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, demonstrate the true value of give/get in partnerships to ensure the best outcomes for both UberEats and our partners, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to increase commitment.
- Strong motivation and passion to work with top restaurants and to build a business together.
