At Uber Eats, we're building the future of food delivery-one restaurant at a time. As an Account Manager (SMB), you'll be the key point of contact for our small-to-medium restaurant partners, helping them grow and thrive on our platform.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends relationship management, strategic consulting, and sales execution. You'll own a book of business and work cross-functionally to drive results, ensure operational excellence, and maximize value for our merchant partners.

What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, helping them succeed and grow on the Uber Eats platform
- Build strong, ongoing relationships through regular communication-via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Upsell marketing products (like ads and promotions) to drive visibility, orders, and business impact
- Identify growth opportunities, optimize merchant operations, and collaborate on strategic goals
- Track KPIs and performance metrics, turning insights into action plans
- Partner with Sales and Ops teams to support merchant needs and resolve issues
- Share feedback and learnings to help shape scalable best practices and processes
- Onboard and train merchants on platform tools, new features, and promotions
- Be a proud ambassador of Uber Eats' brand, product, and mission
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, operations, or a similar client-facing role
- Comfort working with data and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Python
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A collaborative mindset and bias for action in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success in upselling marketing or promotional products
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights through visuals and clear storytelling
- Experience working in e-commerce, tech, or marketplace environments
- Confidence in cold outreach and pipeline generation strategies
- Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences
