About the Role
Uber Health is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a strong Account Executive (AE) to help drive our UK and Ireland business forward at this exciting time. Reporting into the Uber Health UK Sales Manager, you'll work closely with the Uber Health team, the wider Uber for Business team, and the broader Sales Operations team to increase adoption in both the public (NHS) and private healthcare sectors. This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying, acquiring and successfully launching new customers, helping expand Uber Health's non-emergency patient transport solutions and other business-facing products.

- Create, advance and close opportunities in your pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling), submitting public tender bids (with the help of a bid team) or using other creative strategies to win.
- Build sub-vertical plans to target key industries such as transportation providers, NHS, insurance, and contract research organisations.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within organisations to qualify business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, qualifying in or out using a sales methodology and coordinating follow-ups with appropriate team members.
- Meet or exceed targets sales, ARR and WRR, and daily activity metrics.
- Collaborate with the UK Health team to refine prioritisation models, operational processes, and internal tools.
- Take ownership of light customer implementation and resolve technical issues to ensure platform effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with proven track record of success and hitting target.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Zoominfo, Groove, Lusha, and/or other lead generation tools.
- Proven ability to exceed KPIs and activity targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
