About the job
As a Senior Program Manager for Remote Effectiveness and Culture, this role will drive initiatives that enhance team performance and engagement across Twilio’s global, remote-first workforce. You will oversee our Continuous Listening strategy and develop global programs to unlock change and support teams in taking action based on continuous listening insights. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about fostering a healthy organizational culture and can effectively adapt to changing needs through data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:

  • Design and implement programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Manage and analyze data from team effectiveness pulses, experience surveys, and lifecycle assessments; collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify trends and create actionable plans.
  • Lead the development of global organizational effectiveness programs that meet the unique needs of our remote workforce across different time zones and regions.
  • Design and facilitate team effectiveness workshops to enhance team performance in a remote-first setting.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals with team effectiveness strategies, ensuring a unified approach to remote work dynamics.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of organizational effectiveness programs and report on their effectiveness to leadership.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in culture, employee engagement, or organizational development, with significant experience leading programs in a remote-first global environment.
  • Proven experience in program management or organizational development, ideally within a remote or hybrid work setting.
  • Strong understanding of team dynamics, effective communication practices, and organizational behavior principles.
  • Expertise in implementing continuous feedback mechanisms and utilizing data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills related to team dynamics or team effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Desired:

  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of a remote-first, globally dispersed workforce.
  • Strong strategic thinking and program management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.

Location

This role will be remote based in Canada. 

Travel
