Trupanion is seeking a results-driven and innovative Paid Media Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your main goals will be to increase conversions, maximize the ROI on paid media efforts, and contribute directly to Trupanion's overall growth.

You will work directly with Trupanion's partnered digital agency, leveraging them as an extension of your team, to develop, implement and manage all paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic. You will also work across internal teams, including Brand, Digital, and Growth Insights, to optimize the performance of each campaign.

You will excel in this position if you:

This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area. You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.

What you will do:

  • Develop, implement and manage all aspects of paid media campaigns alongside our digital agency
  • Monitor and allocate paid media budgets to ensure effective spend to goals
  • Analyze and optimize all facets of campaigns for performance improvement, including creative/copy, targeting, and landing page
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy, imagery and videos that align with campaign goals and branding
  • Develop robust A/B testing roadmap across all elements of ad campaigns
  • Stay up to date on trends in digital marketing and paid media, including platform updates, best practices, new features and competitor strategies
  • Define goals and effectively lead all aspects of channel execution, while identifying tactics with high lead volume and conversion potential.
  • Drive day-to-day operations of agency partnership

Experience you have:

  • 3+ years of paid media experience, including budget management, with proven success in campaign results
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics

What you'll bring:

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with major paid advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic traffic strategies to complement paid efforts

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this position is $90,000 -$100,000, on a full-time schedule.
  • Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.
  • We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion's success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
