Position Overview
The Sr. Manager Commercial Finance provides financial guidance and high-quality decision support for the growth channel leadership. This role demands the ability to think broadly and strategically as well as tactically and analytically. This position will directly support the SVP & Chief Growth Officer and provide senior level FP&A support to the marketing and product teams to achieve consistent growth that supports achievement of sales and financial targets.

Responsibilities
- Provide financial partnership to product team on pricing, merchandising, and discounting strategies.
- Partner with product managers to build campaign forecasts, create results tracking, and provide actionable insights. 3. Lead modeling and analysis for media mix and customer lifetime value.
- Manage specialist and the SOW process.
- Serve as a product P&L expert and ensure accuracy.
- Partner with CGO and additional leaders to quantify growth strategies and initiatives.
- Lead all marketing cost and lead forecasting processes.
- Prepare and lead executive level KPI update meetings.
- Apply advanced technical and strategic skills to effectively communicate complex financial information.
- Interpret financial, sales, and marketing results to identify leading practices, drive decision-making, and supply strategic recommendations to the marketing and finance team.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related quantitative analytical discipline
- 8 - 10 years of experience in finance and/or operations to include, but not limited to, proactively identifying business challenges and proposing solutions, gathering and evaluating data, with the ability to consult and present financial information to executive teams and/or stakeholders.
- Strong analytic, organization, and problem-solving skills which allow for strategic data interpretation.
- 5+ years of experience translating complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels, including executive level leaders.
- MS/MA/MBA or CPA preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to present complex data and key actions to executive leadership
- Manage and develop the skillsets of direct reports
- Excellent communication skills to work across multiple functions in all levels of leadership.
- Transform data and information into key, actionable insights to better diagnose and forecast issues, identify and propose solutions and opportunities and drive informed, sound business decisions

- Attention to detail and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to connect it to the greater strategy and execution of the business

Pay Ranges
$114,013.00 - $190,020.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
