Your Responsibilities:
As a TruGreen Contact Center Sales Representative, you will help new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, by receiving inbound and placing outbound calls. Every day on the job will bring new, exciting challenges as you generate leads and close sales, identify customer needs and provide service/product solutions, and enter accurate data while speaking with customers.
Job Requirements:
- People Skills: interacting and engaging with people to help us build customers for life
- Communication Skills: ability to efficiently communicate TruGreen treatment plans and offerings during at-home or phone conversations
- Listening Skills: humble and willing to listen to people to learn their needs and find appropriate solutions
- Sales Skills: knowledge of sales and up-selling techniques (e.g. overcoming objections, closing sales, suggestive selling) to help close sales and achieve objectives
- Computer Skills: data entry skills as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and Outlook
- Daytime, evenings, and weekend schedules available

Pay Ranges
$27,669.00 - $51,188.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
