Position Overview
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of a team responsible for providing administrative support for multiple branch commercial collections, customer service, and general account management. Focuses on strategy implementation and control to achieve business expectations. Partners with region/division commercial managers to develop sales strategies for commercial account book of business. Tracks metrics related to up-sell to ensure achievement of revenue growth. Travels approximately 60% of the time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities
- Supervises all commercial administrative operations and procedures such as commercial billings and collections.
- Ensures phone calls are answered and customer service expectations are exceeded.
- Maintains associate payroll, personnel files, information management, filing systems, and other clerical services.
- Reviews Commercial Account Specialist payroll and timekeeping records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records in accordance with company policy.
- Monitors commercial data entry responsibilities, inclusive of production entry and posting and sales entry and posting and commercial manual billings.
- Oversees commercial collections responsibilities with direct management of commercial customer service and customer service training for the commercial account specialist team.
- Manages and evaluates associate performance, makes salary recommendations, and administers disciplinary actions consistent with company policy.
- Monitors all commercial account sales activity and branch level renewal activity.
- Tracks commercial customer satisfaction and distributes commercial customer communications for resolution as well as mindshare surveys.
- Travels approximately 60% of the time within assigned territory.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Three years of customer service experience or related field required
- Three to five years of supervisory or management experience required
- Valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence. Current liability auto insurance required.

Pay Ranges
$41,237.00 - $68,728.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
