Bokun, a fast-growing subsidiary of TripAdvisor Inc., is a leading reservation system and marketing platform for tours and activities operators globally that enables them to streamline their back-end operations and connect to an ecosystem of online travel websites to grow their business.
We are looking for a creative, results-oriented, data-driven Product Marketing Manager whowill work closely with product managers to lead efforts to grow Bokun. This role will have a strong emphasis on optimizing conversion by leading marketing tests and customer research. This person will also oversee creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns which includes emails, in-product comms and webinar.

This role can be based in Oxford, London or UK Remote. There will be travel to Iceland and to global conferences and events.
What You'll Do
- Set growth and retention targets and create quarterly marketing plans
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey
- Drive the go-to-market plan and post-launch marketing programs with product managers, account manager, and sales
- Establish hypotheses and design frequent marketing experiments to improve conversions in any part of the funnel
- Identify and segment target customers, their pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research, and solutions to meet those needs
- Review competitor products and marketing, and drive ongoing differentiation
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and the entire Bokun team to develop new products and enhance existing products, ensuring that the voice of the customer is always represented
- Establishing optimal pricing for the product with product managers and sales
- A BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
- 3+ years in product marketing, growth, or analytical roles
- Extensive knowledge of email and in-product marketing for both acquisition as well as lifecycle marketing
- Strong quantitative ability, and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Experience with platforms is a plus for testing (Optimizely),analytics tools (Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms (Intercom, Hubspot, Iterable etc)
- Prior experience in Saas Products is highly beneficial
