What you will do:
- Identify potential restaurant partners in Romandy, as well as actively approaching potential partners
- Proactive acquisition in the area of responsibility
- Organizing and conducting meetings with potential partners on site and/or online or on the phone
- Analysis of restaurants and the development of long-term relationships
- Development and implementation of adequate sales strategies for your region
- Close cooperation with the entire DACH sales team and other internal stakeholders
- Market analysis and reporting to the management
- Relevant experience in sales with short and effective sales cycles
- You have an outstanding affinity for restaurants and the industry in your city - ideally you already have specific knowledge of the restaurant and/or hotel scene in your place of work
- You have a flair for digital, experience with Salesforce will help you get started with our CRM system
- You have a knack for communication and convince with passion
- You have a hands-on mentality and are a real team player
- In order to achieve our common goal, you like to think out of the box and put your ideas into practice in an unconventional way.
- Our restaurants speak mostly French, our internal communication is primarily in English - therefore you should have a native level of French and be fluent in English - knowledge of German is a plus!
