What will you do?
You will be responsible for designing UX content across different product touchpoints, working in close collaboration with other content designers, product designers, UX researchers and product managers.
More concretely, you will
- Work on strategic new projects as well as improving existing content through content strategy, wireframe co-conception, information architecture, and UX writing
- Conduct content audits and create content guidelines as part of transverse content strategy
- Collaborate with brand team to maintain content consistency across all TheFork products
- You're sensitive to our customers' needs (B2B and B2C) and able to craft helpful text that guides them through our different products: TheFork App, TheFork Manager and TheFork PAY
- A spirit of synthesis. Less is more. You can improve and simplify existing content in a way that is aligned with our TOV
- Native-level English. You intuitively know how to present the right information in the right situation for the right audience
- Based in Paris, Torino, Milano, or Madrid. Our hybrid model is 3 days in the office/2 days remote
- Experience working with product designers and product managers in an agile environment
- Bilingual in French, Spanish or Italian
- Experience writing copy with localization in mind
- Comfortable using internal collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Notion
