Tripadvisor's distribution team supports the Advertising and Partner Solutions business as the digital expert in branded content and media distribution across paid social, audience extension, and email marketing channels.
The Associate Media Distribution Specialist will lead the execution and optimization of campaigns for our client roster across all partner categories. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid media platforms to manage the end-to-end campaign management process. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results driven candidate who is eager to contribute to a growing piece of the business.

What You'll Do
- Lead campaign creation, execution, and optimization, ensure delivery and extract insights to fuel renewals.
- Partner with our social buying agency to support paid social campaigns across Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram.
- Directly launch, manage, and optimize Display and YouTube campaigns via Google's DV360
- Manage media budgets and auction dynamics to ensure goals are met at efficient rates.
- Activate Email marketing campaigns through internal channels working closely with internal marketing and email content teams.
- Facilitate internal workflows and processes. Experience with Airtable is a plus!
- BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years media planning & buying experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company.
- Hands-on experience with executing and optimizing paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google DV360, Pinterest, and other buying platforms.
- Understanding of paid media auction landscape and costs.
- Familiarity with branded content development and distribution.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
