POSITION TITLE: Marketing Events Manager

LOCATION: Remote US

This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is fully remote within the US. Travel is expected when needed.

Who we are looking for:

TriNetX is seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Events Manager. The Marketing Events Manager is a key member of our marketing team and will help tell the TriNetX story with critical stakeholders. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, the Marketing Events Manager is responsible for the overarching strategy, execution, and performance analysis of TriNetX sponsorships, conferences, proprietary events and webinars. You will be responsible for the strategy, research, planning, organization, budget/expenditure, on-site management, and post-event follow-up across events. Exhibiting an entrepreneurial flair, an eye for detail, business research acumen and project management skills, you will build and leverage critical relationships with Marketing, Business Development, Business Unit and Product Leaders and other functions to ensure success.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in marketing events and client experience planning and execution, including proprietary events, webinars and industry sponsorships. Experience in Life Science and Healthcare preferred.
  • Superior organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience producing digital and in-person events and experiences at both large industry associations as well as proprietary events
  • The expertise to prioritize resources and run multiple projects simultaneously, and the flexibility to adapt to our fast-paced, agile team
  • Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to set clear goals, organize projects, establish and manage budgets, develop work processes and manage execution

What you will do at TriNetX:

  • Lead events programs to fuel brand awareness and lead generation
  • Develop a scaled event strategy designed to drive results and aligned with organizational goals
  • Build cross functional alignment with our sales, marketing, and leadership teams to strategize and create outstanding events, experiences and engagement with our customers and prospects
  • Own end-to-end project management and execution of events, including all logistics, production, venue sourcing, budget tracking, coordination and KPI tracking
