Who we are looking for:

TriNetX is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing strategies and lead tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including website, social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
• Build and maintain TriNetX presence across multiple social media channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience on our website
• Implement and evolve lead scoring and methodology for marketing
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Manage marketing technology, including Pardot, Qualify, Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing with 7+ years in digital marketing or related field.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of marketing technologies (Pardot, Qualify, etc) and website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
