What You Will Do:
We are looking for a Sr. UX designer responsible for
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, translating them into experience maps, storymaps, workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for native and web.
- Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, research, analytics, information architecture and overall ux leadership.
- Collaborate with other UX team members to design the overall patterns, styles, and functionality of the product and iterating upon it to ensure a great user experience. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Lead UX within product teams to achieve product outcomes.
- Take a Lean UX user-centered design approach and rapidly experiment, test and iterate your designs. Facilitate consensus working with MVPs conceptualizing, visualizing and communicating ideas throughout lifecycle with leadership and peers.
- Advocate for UX influencing strategy and ensuring best practices with regards to UX decisions product vision, new capabilities and enhancements.
- Gather and use research, data and analytics to make informed decisions and articulate the why.
- Facilitate and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders contributing to brainstorming discussions, co-creation sessions,user stories,Feature Memo BDDS and estimations.

- 6+ years of UX design experience. Preference is given to candidates with experience designing complex B2B solutions for web, iOS, and Android. Experience with web design patterns.
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design. A solid grasp of user-centered design research (surveys, focus groups and interviews) and testing methodologies (moderated and unmoderated), subsystems, and usability (ISO 9241) and accessibility (WCAG & 508) concerns.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Experience with Continuous Discovery methodology (Experience & Opportunity Mapping) is a plus. Familiarity with JTBD appreciated.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces using UX software such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and the like is a must. Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3. Use of Miro, Mural, MuIQ are nice to have.
- Understanding of basic statistical analysis is appreciated.
- Ability to work with clients both external and internal to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Portfolio of works required.
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA and/or in the construction industry is a plus.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Keeping abreast of the industry's latest trends and technologies seeking personal continuous improvement.
- Bring a positive attitude and energy to all engagements leading by example both in verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- Excellent collaboration skills and desire to keep learning new things. Being willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
