About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst specializing in equity compensation, equity plans, long-term incentive programs (LTIP), and 401k modeling. In this role you will be crucial in designing, analyzing, and implementing compensation and retirement benefit programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent within our organization.

Equity Compensation
  • Work closely with leadership and the stock administration team to administer Trimble's equity programs, including grant processing, vesting schedules, and exercise procedures.
  • Lead Annual Equity Award process
  • Administer off-cycle and special grants.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing equity compensation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and educate employees on equity compensation plans.
Executive Compensation Strategy
  • Benchmark executive compensation elements, including base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and other executive perquisites.
  • Assist senior leadership and the Compensation Committee in designing and implementing executive compensation strategies that align with organizational objectives, shareholder interests, and regulatory requirements.
Defined Contribution Retirement Programs 401(k) and DCP
  • Oversee the design, operations, administration, audit, and compliance requirements of the company's defined contribution retirement programs, primarily focusing on the 401k plan and NQ Deferred Compensation Plan.
  • Manage contribution matching, investment options, compliance monitoring, and communication efforts to drive employee participation and engagement.
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate the impact of 401(k) plan changes and contributions on employee retirement savings and overall compensation strategy.
  • Attend, oversee the 401k committee meetings. Manage the committee agenda topics and ensure that the committee is informed and updated on relevant 401k administration initiatives and activities
  • Manage 401k vendor and consultant relationships (i.e. recordkeeper, legal, investment advisors, etc)
What Skills & Experience You Should Have
  • 7 years of experience in compensation, with previous exposure to equity, executive compensation, defined contribution retirement programs, and long-term incentives
  • Strong understanding of equity plan design, executive compensation principles, and defined contribution retirement program administration.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with compensation management software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Obtained or working towards CCP Preferred

About Your Location

Preferred location is our corporate office in Westminster, CO. We are open to locations in Portland, OR or Minneapolis, MN.
