What You Will Do

As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the requirements of Trimble's AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner) Sector and our EMEA sales organisation through development and management of our business systems and processes. The role is focused on driving increased revenue by delivering process clarity to our sales teams, and enhancing business performance through continuous process improvement. Whilst you will be predominantly focused on the EMEA region, there will also be a requirement to establish alignment and consistency across the Sector's geographies, businesses and sales organisations. You will report to the Senior Manager, EMEA Sales Operations in Trimble's AECO Sector, and your work will be critical to the continued revenue growth of AECO and Trimble.

Your Key Tasks Will Be
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimise sales processes, and standardise process excellence across our EMEA sales organisation.
  • Analyse existing processes to identify improvement areas, drive automation, improve end user experience, reduce costs, and/or save time.
  • Utilise process improvement methodologies and tools to assess and revamp existing processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and carry out solutions.
  • Work closely with sales leaders, platform teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align process improvement initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are well-documented, robust, effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders, and kept up to date to guarantee seamless operational performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement on communication and training plan for enabling sellers on process enhancements or new process implementations.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support the assessment and quantification of process and performance improvements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and expertise to teams within the AECO organisation on process improvement best practices to ensure proper implementation and sustainability.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • 3+ years experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, change management or related fields
  • Experience supporting a sales operations organisation and knowledge of sales processes
  • Demonstrated experience of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically and approach complex challenges with a strategic attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel, and Domo (or similar BI tools).
  • Cross-Functional: Excels managing multiple projects and shifting demands seamlessly, and revels in a matrixed environment. Works cross-functionally with ease.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgement.


About Your Location

The ideal location of this role will be in the UK, but applications from candidates based in other European locations are most welcome. The successful applicant will be able to adopt a remote/hybrid (regular time in the office) approach if needed.
