Do you have a keen interest in people and technology? Trimble in Danderyd is seeking for you with good project management skills and an interest in technology and production. You will be responsible for the project management and production of new products across the facility. You will also work with key internal stakeholders and drive improvement work within Operations.

You will report into the Operations Manager and be a senior part of an Operations management team consisting of ambitious and committed colleagues. Your work takes place in close collaboration with departments such as production, technology development, logistics, purchasing and Engineering so that we continue to deliver the best product for our customers.

We are taking a technological leap forwards and as Program Manager you will play an exciting role in that leap, whilst having the opportunity to work in a warm and friendly company that produces market-leading, high-tech products. In your role, you get the chance to be involved and influence the existing production but also take us to the next level within Operations. We are going through an exciting automation journey and will see big changes in the coming years.

What This Role Is:

In the role as Program Manager responsible to lead and run projects within Operations at our Danderyd facility.

You will be a part of the Operations management team and have resources from, production, technology development, logistics and purchasing to drive the projects. You will manage the setup of a new production line and support in project leading of sub projects and improvements within existing Operations.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead industrialization projects within Operations
  • Lead and support sub-project managers
  • Represent Operations in project communication between Operations and Engineering
  • Budget responsibility within the projects
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
  • Experience of project management for 5 to 10 years in a high-tech production environment.
  • Experience of setting a new production line
  • Good understanding of lean production methods
  • Experience of implementing automation
  • Good at leading and working in teams.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • You can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Other relevant skills:
  • You should have a genuine technical interest
  • Civil engineer or equivalent
