We're looking an individual with web developer experience with strong HTML/CSS knowledge, a sound understanding of web standards and best practices, experience using content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager and an eye for good front-end design. This role requires reviewing inputs and briefs to develop marketing campaign pages, supporting end users as they develop materials and reviewing workflows for pages created by others against established standards prior to launch. This role involves QA of your own and others' work.

You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Given regional support at the core to this role, there is a fair amount of asynchronous work which requires the integrity of a trustworthy global team to perform as effectively as possible.

- Ability to test code changes through cross-browser testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Understanding of W3C standards as well as browser-specific bugs and variations, including Chrome, Safari, IE and Mozilla.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager content management system or similar web CMS.
- Stay up to date with AEM best practices, new templates and components developed and available to TU users.
- Experience with website performance analytics, SEO and confident at learning, testing and adopting new tools.
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with a corporate Web property (Internet, Intranet, Extranet).
- Experience with the information architecture, page design, and usability testing within a web environment.
- Partner with global marketing team stakeholders in reviewing work against established standards and effectively communicate modifications needed for successful launch of content, aligned with global website goals and regional needs.
- Align with web development team as a whole to identify needed process or template improvement, raising problems on a global scale.
- Collaborate as needed with global technology team to represent user experience perspective in web projects.
