What You'll Bring:

• Technical Institutes graduate or certificate holder or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
• At least 3 years relevant experience in computer operation support
• Support knowledge and experience of MS office, Windows operating systems & Exchange Server
• Able to work under pressure
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Windows operation systems and MS products
• Basic knowledge of cloud technology, network & security tools is an advantage

• Perform daily system operations, internal users and external customers help desk support, PC/Laptop/Network installation and maintenance, end user application support, data center operations support and non-office hour support
• End user computing and mobile device support
• IT inventory and assets management
• IT procurement and vendor management support
• Communicate with different parties including customers, service provider and office end-users
• Respond to end user/customer service ticket requests and technical support hotline
• Install and configure computer hardware and operating systems
• Develop and prepare support documentation and procedures for different supporting tasks
• Flexible working schedule (such as system maintenance work at night time)
• Vulnerability management and Security Remediation Support
