&bull Ability to liaise closely with internal finance/accounting as well as local leadership to ensure reporting accuracy
&bull Understanding of and the ability to utilize various financial (PeopleSoft, OneStream, etc.)
&bull Ability to work well in a matrixed environment with standard, project based, and ad-hoc job responsibilities
&bull Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate business financial results and outcomes
&bull Bachelor's degree in finance/management/ accounting
&bull Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
&bull Knowledge of compliance requirements under the Free Trade Zone / PROCOMER regime in Costa Rica, including tax exemptions, import/export regulations, and periodic reporting obligations.
&bull Experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment is a plus.
&bull Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Impact You'll Make:
This role will act as a key finance partner of the GCC Costa Rica team and is responsible for preparing month-end close review, assisting with forecasting and budgeting management, and supporting ad-hoc business requests and special projects. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Finance/Accounting, LT and GCC Finance teams to enhance the operation in the Costa Rica site. Success requires the ability to balance the activities that affect the big picture, while being fluent in the details.
&bull Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports, provide analysis of key variances and trends
&bull Assist in the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle with the focus to improve accuracy/modeling of both revenue and expense
&bull Partner with HR, Facilities, IT, Marketing, Site leader and other cross-functional teams to gain in-depth knowledge of the operation and how strategy will affect the financial statements
&bull Support the development of executive communications for high-level, high-visibility presentations
&bull Synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for business unit decision makers
&bull Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for the GCC, ensuring alignment with global financial strategies.
&bull Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the financial health of the GCC.
&bull Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
&bull Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
