&bull Design, build, and test reports in Workday functional areas such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, etc.
&bull Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

&bull Report writing skills in building reports in various types (Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard, etc).

This is a remote position for candidates in Costa Rica, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management

As a Workday Consultant you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Workday Integrations with various internal and external vendors. You will be analyzing and responding to customer inquiries and collaborating with your teammates. This role will allow you to participate in project work, Workday releases, and enhance your knowledge across the HR Platform. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to increase your knowledge and skill set
